Orders & pricing
Prices and product details are correct at the time of publishing but can change without notice. We may limit quantities per customer or refuse an order — for example if we suspect fraud, bulk reselling, or if the information you've provided isn't accurate. If we have to cancel or change your order, we'll let you know straight away. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information when you place an order.
Products & availability
We ship the CarryRise Portable Monitor Stand worldwide from our UK warehouse, with regional fulfilment in the US and EU. Product photos are as accurate as we can make them, but colour and finish can look slightly different on different screens. All sales depend on stock availability, and we may restrict shipping to certain countries due to customs or carrier limitations.
Warranty & returns
Every CarryRise order is covered by:
- ✓ 7-day arrival guarantee. If your order arrives damaged in transit, we ship a free replacement — no return needed.
- ✓ 12-month manufacturing warranty. If something fails through a manufacturing defect within the first 12 months, we'll repair or replace it.
- ✓ 30-day money-back guarantee. Not the right fit? Send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Third-party services
We use trusted third-party providers for payments, shipping and analytics. Those services are provided on an "as-is" basis by their respective operators — we're not responsible for the content, terms or transactions of third parties, so please review their terms before use.
Your content & feedback
If you send us feedback, ideas, reviews or comments, we may use, edit or publish them without restriction or compensation. You're responsible for making sure anything you send us doesn't break the law or infringe on someone else's rights. We reserve the right to remove content that is unlawful, offensive, or violates these terms.
Prohibited uses
You agree not to use our site to:

- ✗ Harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone

Breaking any of these may result in immediate termination of access.
Limitation of liability
We stand behind every CarryRise stand — manufacturing defects and shipping damage are covered under our warranty.
We can't be held liable for:
- ✗ How you use the product (drops, misuse, exceeding the 3 kg load limit)
- ✗ Compatibility with specific monitors or devices not listed as compatible
- ✗ Indirect costs (lost work, travel disruption, productivity losses)
- ✗ Damage to your monitor or other equipment caused by misuse
- ✗ Service interruptions to the website or any third-party tools
Products are provided on an "as-is" basis without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as required by law. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Indemnification
You agree to hold harmless CarryRise Ltd and its directors, employees and affiliates from any claims arising out of your breach of these terms, your violation of law, or your misuse of our products.
General
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our failure to enforce a right at any time doesn't mean we've waived it. These terms, together with our other policies, make up the entire agreement between you and us. They are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these terms by posting changes here — your continued use of the site means you accept the updates.
