Customs, duties & taxes
We handle as much of the cross-border admin as possible at checkout, so most customers never see a fee on delivery.
United Kingdom
VAT included in the price. No extra charges on delivery.
European Union
VAT and duties are collected at checkout. No surprise fees on delivery.
Rest of world
Import fees and sales tax may be the customer's responsibility, unless collected at checkout.
Refused parcels.
If you refuse delivery because of customs fees or duties, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. If the return shipping cost exceeds the value of the order, the parcel may be abandoned by the carrier and no refund can be issued.
Issues & lost packages
Sometimes things go sideways. Here's what to do:

Wrong address. Double-check your shipping details before ordering. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away — we can usually fix it before the parcel ships, but we can't redirect a package once it's on the way.

Damaged in transit. Email warranty@carryrise.com with photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement under the arrival guarantee.

Marked delivered but missing. Wait 48 hours and check with neighbours, building reception or your safe-place location. If it's still missing, email warranty@carryrise.com and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
