How to return
Three steps. Most refunds are processed within 1–2 business days of us receiving the stand.

Email us within 30 days
Send a note to returns@carryrise.com with your order number and a quick reason for the return. We'll reply within one business day with the return address.

Ship it back
Pack the stand in its original or other protective packaging and post it to the address we provide. Customer pays return postage — we recommend a tracked service so nothing gets lost in transit.

Refund to your original payment method
Once received and inspected (1–2 business days), we refund the product price to your original payment method. Funds typically appear in 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

Light testing is fine — we want you to actually try it. We just need it back in resaleable condition with everything in the box.
